How do you hire and screen your drivers/chauffeurs?
At” my driver” we truly understand the security, sensitivity and trust of our clients. We have personal profile checked on each candidate and also check national criminal background. Our drivers must also pass a third party drug screening as well as have a verified clear driving record and pass our chauffeur road test.

Can I hire a driver on a full time or semi full time basis?
Yes, we can tailor a package of meet any of your needs.

How much does cost to hire a personal driver?
Our rates are extremely competitive, starting at 45 RON/30minutes.

What is the minimum time for which I can hire a driver?
The minimum time si 30 minutes, but very important is the fact that the driver is to be hired on basis of time and not distance - kilometers-.

Can I hire a driver to take/pickup and me up from the airport?
Yes, we offer special packages designed specifically for our travel client.

How do I make a reservation?
Simply call our office at 0748 DRIVER to make a reservation. One of our client specialists will make you the reservation, gather any itinerary information and complete a brief client profile so that we are able to meet all your requests and exceed your expectations.

What do I need to make a reservation?
Client contact information and address.
Vehicle(s) information (year, make, model, etc.)
Proof of current insurance coverage for stated vehicle.
Itinerary including dates, times, event locations, etc

Will my driver run errands or fulfil special request or me (example: pickup flowers, dry cleaning, make reservations, pickup clients)?
Yes, of course, as long as it is within the boundaries of the law, it is considered part of our service and making sure any all your needs are met.

What if I am without a car?
We will be happy to make arrangements with one of our rental partners to fulfil your transportation needs be it standard or high-end luxury. Call us for details.

How much lead-time do I need in order to book your service?
We normally require a 12-hour notice etc; however, we can and will attempt to work on a shorter timetable, if possible.

Can I choose to drive a different vehicle other than the one specified at the time of reservation?
Yes, as long as the change is made prior to the “driver” arrival. You have the ability to register multiple vehicles with us at the time of reservation, which a number of our clients have chosen to do.

Can I change the vehicle that will be driven?
Yes, if the driver has not yet arrived at the location.Most of our clients register multiple vehicles in our database.
